    We are keen on contributing towards the value add and project manage the entire process.

    We sign an agreement for 5 years, with an option to extend it if everyone is happy :)

    At the same time we appreciate the circumstances might change, so we include a one-off break clause you can trigger to terminate the agreement faster.

  • We guarantee your property will look and feel fresh from the day we finish renovation until the day we give it back to you.

    It’s extremely important for us to maintain the property to the highest possible standard, so we stay on top of it, always.

    Every property we look after has a CCTV at the front door, noise sensors throughout, security deposits taken, maintenance visits every 45 days, professional cleaners at least once a week and maintenance team ready for action in case antything needs repairing, replacing or refreshing.
